About Golden Triangle with Vrindavan and Mathura Tour

On this 08 days Golden Triangle with Vrindavan and Mathura Tour we get to visit the most popular cities of India. Our tour starts from the capital of India, New Delhi, where we explore New and Old Delhi. Next, we drive to Mathura the land of Lord Krishna. Today, we sightseeing Mathura followed by a visit to Vrindavan. Both are famous in India and also in the world for its beautiful Krishna temples. Next, we drive to Agra and take a tour of the famous Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. We then drive onwards to our final destination Jaipur the capital city of Rajasthan, famous for its history, culture, traditions, food, etc. On the way to Jaipur, we stopover at Fatehpur Sikri to see the UNESCO Heritage Site. Finally, after the Jaipur tour the next day we conclude our journey by flying back to Delhi where we started our journey.

Namaste!! Welcome to the beautiful and colorful country India. After following immigration and customs formalities at the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) in New Delhi, we will be greeted by a representative from High Wonders Travel who will take us to our pre-booked hotel. After checking in, we take a rest or we may also stroll around. In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner hosted by High Wonders at a local restaurant. For dinner, you will be served excellent authentic North Indian cuisine which will introduce you to the North Indian food culture.

Post breakfast we will be taken for a city tour of Old and New Delhi. Today we will visit Jama Masjid which is known to be the largest mosque in India. This mosque was built by Shah Jahan and its construction started in 1844. We will also visit Red Fort, Chandani Chowk and Rajghat. Next, we head to visit Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar, President House, India Gate and Laxmi Narayan Temple which is also known as Birla Temple. Later, drive back to the hotel.

After breakfast, we leave for Mathura. The city is located 140 km south-east of Delhi and 60 km north-west of Agra. Mathura is a sacred city in Uttar Pradesh, northern India. The deity Lord Krishna is said to have been born on the site of Sri Krishna Janma Bhoomi, a Hindu temple. It is one of the seven cities considered holy by Hindus. On arrival, we check in to our pre-booked hotel. Take rest for a while and then, we start our sightseeing tour by visiting all those places which are associated with Lord Krishna such as Shri Krishna Janam Bhoomi Temple, Dwarkadhish Temple and famous site Kusum Sarovar. Later we drive to Vrindavan another town 11km away from Mathura. While here, we visit Madan Mohan Temple, Goverdhan Parvat, Iskon Temple, Banke Bihari Temple, and in the evening see Fountain and light show of Prem Mandir. Drive back to the hotel, in Mathura.

Vrindavan is a holy town in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Hindu deity Krishna is said to have spent his childhood here. It’s home to temples, many dedicated to Krishna and his lover, the deity Radha. Today, Vrindavan is perhaps best known as one of the most exciting places to celebrate the spring festival of Holi.

Early morning post breakfast we check out from the hotel and leave for Agra. On arrival, settle in at the hotel. Here in Agra, we tour to famous World Heritage sites. One of the sites is also known as the Symbol of Love is the Taj Mahal and another is Agra Fort. Next, we visit some local bazaars. Later, back to the hotel and relax.

Today, we start our journey by driving from Agra to Jaipur; ( known as the Pink City) and capital and is also the largest city of the Indian state of Rajasthan. En-route, we visit Fatehpur Sikri one of the best-preserved examples of the Mughal architecture of India. We continue our drive to Jaipur. Check in to the hotel. Relax, at the hotel or explore nearby places.

Post breakfast, we proceed for Jaipur sightseeing which is replete with historical landmarks that echo it’s and living traditions. Visit the famous Amber Fort, Overlooks Maota Lake and offers a mesmerizing view of Amer town. While coming back to the city drive past Jal Mahal. Visit of Famous landmark known as city palace located in the center of the Old City. Followed by a visit of Jantar Mantar, features the world’s largest stone sundial. At last outside visit of Hawa Mahal (Palace of winds) located at the hustle-bustle of Jaipur city.

Today is the last day of our tour, after breakfast we have free time to explore nearby markets. Later we will be driven to Jaipur Airport to board the flight to Delhi. On arrival, we will check in to our pre-book hotel. In the evening we will join a farewell dinner program hosted by High Wonders.

Our journey in India comes to an end today! But the memories will remain forever of the wonderful times we spent together. A High Wonders Travel representative will drop us off at the airport approximately 3 hours before our scheduled flight.
